Wentworth's 75th Year Fundraiser

Aim

We need your help to transform Wentworth’s outdoor messy play area by building a new mud kitchen and growing area for the children.

Wentworth Nursery School is celebrating 75 years of serving Hackney’s children and families.

To mark this milestone, Wentworth’s children, families, alumni and wider community are coming together through online and offline fundraising activities, including the children currently at Wentworth taking part in the 75 Star Jumps for 75 Years of Wentworth challenge.

Together, we are aiming to raise £7,500 by 17 July to transform the children’s outdoor messy play and growing area.

Funds raised will help create:

• a new mud kitchen;
• a dedicated gardening and growing space; and
• improvements to the pond and a new shelter for Fred, Wentworth’s beloved tortoise.

Whether you are supporting a child taking part, are part of Wentworth’s alumni community, have fond memories as a parent or carer, or simply want to help create a brilliant outdoor space for Hackney’s children, every donation will make a difference.
