Dancing Toward Health: Transforming Lives, Step by Step
At Physio Connection, we believe that every dance step can change a life. Our mission is clear: to bring joy, health, and hope to those who need it most. With your support, we aim to implement the Wellness Dance Therapy program, designed to bring vitality to older adults and hope to children in vulnerable situations.
Our Story
Physio Connection UK CIC was born from the dream of a passionate physiotherapist, Freddy Espin, who saw the need to make physiotherapy and wellness accessible to everyone, especially those facing economic barriers. With a career spanning more than a decade and experience in both Spain and the United Kingdom, Freddy has led community projects that have positively impacted hundreds of lives. Now, he wants to expand this impact with your help.

Our Mission
- Empower older adults through music and movement, improving their physical and mental health.
- Provide physiotherapy, nutritional support, and mental health programs for children aged 7 to 15 who face economic challenges.
Real Stories, Real Impact
- Doña Carmen: At 75 years old, she found in dance therapy a reason to get up every morning. She once felt lonely and uninspired. Now, she smiles while dancing to her favorite music.
- Luisito: At just 9 years old, an injury kept him from playing football. Thanks to the assisted physiotherapy we provide, Luisito is back on the field, chasing his dream of becoming a professional football player.
