We aim to deliver community cooking sessions to support individuals and families who are experiencing, or at risk of hardship.
Our mission is to reduce hunger amongst young people and families, empower people to overcome hardship.

MK Melting Pot (MKMP) is a Community Interest group that engages with diverse people living in Milton Keynes.
Our aim is to promote the cultural values they hold. We also engage participants in a wide range of activities that promote and improve community cohesion.
We work with individuals across various spectrums of the society, these include low income families, Black African Minority Ethnic (BAME) groups, single parents, senior citizens, people living with sickle cell anaemia, long term jobseekers amongst others We have successfully completed different projects including cookery classes, community cafes, community parades, employability workshops, summer workshops for children etc.

In all that we do, we strive to raise an awareness of the needs and aspirations of these communities thereby enabling them to fully integrate and understand their role in making Milton Keynes a thriving and vibrant city to live and work in.
