Aim

We are at the pre-fundatory stage of our CIC. Before we can apply for larger grants, we need seed funding to cover essential start-up costs

We are Kasia Bratek and Green Schulz, two Bristol-based practitioners with over 20 years of combined experience in holistic therapy, creative education, and community wellbeing.

  • Kasia is a community pharmacist, holistic therapist, and embodiment mentor with a passion for trauma-informed practice, nature-based healing, and helping people reconnect with their health from the inside out.
  • Green is a dance and yoga teacher, art therapist, and creative educator who has worked with children, young people, and adults for over two decades, using movement and creativity to support resilience, emotional awareness, and self-expression.
  • Together, we are supported by Collin Salandy, our Non-Executive Director, who brings expertise in NHS, Equity, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI), and community governance to ensure our project is both visionary and sustainable.

We came together around a shared belief: that everyone deserves access to safe, inclusive spaces for healing, resilience, and connection — regardless of income, background, or life story.

Our journey began with a simple question: “How can we make holistic wellbeing accessible to the people who need it most in Bristol?”

We saw how many individuals — parents, children, older people, women recovering from trauma, and those on low incomes — were struggling with stress, anxiety, and disconnection, yet had few places to turn for affordable support.

Out of this need, Wellbeing Collective: Pathways to Healing CIC was born.

Our mission is to:

  • Create a community sanctuary where healing is possible for everyone.
  • Blend ancient wisdom and modern therapeutic practice to nurture body, mind, and spirit.
  • Work in partnership with community centres, GP surgeries, and local networks to reach those most at risk of being left behind.

We are currently at the pre-funding stage of our journey. Your support will help us cover essential start-up costs like:

  • Building our website and community outreach platform.
  • Purchasing yoga mats and materials for workshops.
  • Covering venue hire and early pilot sessions.

This is just the beginning. With your help, we will grow into a project that reaches over 500 people in our first year — reducing stress, building resilience, and planting seeds of a healthier, more compassionate Bristol.
