Wednesbury Rugby Club Redevelopment Fund

Aim

We are looking to redevelop WRUFC from being a basic grassroots team in to a central hub of sports clubs and activity groups in Sandwell.

These are unprecedented times but together, we are stronger, and the response is coming from communities across the country and with the support of you, we are looking to redevelop our club to give back to our local community in Wednesbury and the Sandwell Area!

Volunteer groups are springing up to tackle the problems faced in our communities and we want to help, we are looking to improve our club facilities to create more practical indoor space for sports groups and meeting groups as well as improving our rugby facilities and equipment to help us keep up with the growing interest in youth and mini rugby and use some of the money to provide rugby training within schools in Sandwell.

As a volunteer based club, all money raised will be going back into improving the club to become that hub of activity, we do as much as we can at the moment but that extra boost is needed to help this club reach its full potential.

Wednesbury Rugby Club will always be a welcoming place for everyone and we just want to ensure we can become a place for everyone to enjoy, wether you are playing rugby, hosting local meeting groups or enjoying a quick pint
