Help 3 young divers to lead a squad climb and fly the City of Leeds Diving flag at the summit of Ingleborough. Raising funds for equipment.
Ryan, Paige and Zack are divers based at City of Leeds Diving club. The 3 of them train 4 days a week, at a young age they show commitment and determination to be the best they can be. They're also passionate about giving something back to the club they spend so much time at.
City of Leeds diving club is based at the John Charles Centre for sport, in South Leeds. The club covers every thing from Mighty Minis at absolute beginner level all the way up to elite world class performance squads.

Why we need your help. The club is in need of equipment to replace well worn equipment and to maintain equipment that takes a beating every day. Regular maintenance and new gear means that everyone from the children in Mighty Minis to the elite athletes can train safely, build confidence and push their limits.
Our climb up Ingleborough on the 6th September isn't just a day out , it is a community mission. It is about growing the community that gives our young athletes a place to belong. When Ryan, Paige and Zack decided to organise this climb they didn't just want to raise money they wanted to bring the diving community together. Supporting each other on the steep climbs and collectively raising the City of Leeds Diving flag at the summit will reflect the support of team mates in the training environment to reach their best.
Whether you donate £1 or £100 you will be a appreciated supporter of our divers and will help young divers stay safe, connected and flying high.

While City of Leeds diving is maybe well known for the training of elite level divers, our every day mission is to drive a culture that is supportive, inclusive and ambitious helping every athlete to develop. The club works actively to keep entry level pathways accessible to the children of Leeds from a variety of backgrounds. Equipment being out of order often impacts the grassroots levels first.
