We are raising funds to support the recording costs of our second album. Your contribution will help towards covering studio hire for 7 days
We are seeking support from you in covering the cost of the studio hire for one week this summer, which totals £3,360 (£480 per day). We have identified a superb studio which would be ideal for our use - HOWEVER, we can only secure the dates with the studio once we are sure of funding this. We would love your help in enabling us to record the new music we are currently writing and beginning to play live on our current tour.
After a successful launch of our debut album (kindly helped in part by previous Crowdfunder supporters) this is a pivotal time in our career to make even more impact with this second album. In the past 18 months we have received extensive airplay and support from Jazz FM DJs Tony Minvielle and Chris Phillips (including a live session and interview at their studios), launched our debut album Breathe to a sold-out audience at London's prestigious Pizza Express Live jazz club in Soho and have booked a ten-date Spring tour this year. We've been delighted to have been invited to perform at a number of music festivals in the UK, including Manchester, Cheltenham and Bristol jazz festivals, So What's Next? in The Netherlands and have recorded live sessions for Balcony TV and Sofar Sounds.

Having self-funded our first album, aside from the kind contributions of a Crowdfunder campaign (£1,500), we have a much better idea of the complete costings associated with this process.
This amount will be supplemented by self-investment and potential PRS Foundation funding (pending) which will also involve the following (all figures are approximate):
Recording engineer - £1300
Mixing engineer - £875
Album mastering - £500
Videography of recording session - £500
In addition to these costs, there are additional costs involved in marketing and production costs. As you may have gathered, your help will be greatly appreciated and is pivotal in the success of this creative venture. ** Any additional money raised above the target of £3,360 will help towards the additional costs listed above **
