Aim
To raise awareness of Veterans who are homeless in our communities while also raising funds to help those in need.
Fortunately i am well looked after and have a home which is dry, safe and warm.
However, I am very conscious that those who have no option but to sleep rough face the consequential dangers and hazards that i do not, suffering as a result. Because of this I am really pleased that I am able to help Alabaré in trying to help those Veterans that are homeless.
I'm sure my ONE night will not be a true reflection of what sleeping rough is really like for a homeless person, however it will give me a small insight into the situation that they sadly find themselves in
