Every entry supports free and low-cost Sound Relaxation sessions for families, men’s groups, and community wellbeing events across West Sussex.

• 1 × Private 1:1 Sound Relaxation Session (Worthing or Online)
• 1 × Private Couples Sound Session (Worthing or Online)
• 15 × Individual Group Sound Relaxation Tickets (one per winner)

💙 The Cause
This prize draw supports the Waves of Calm – Community Gong Project, helping fund a large 38″ Paiste Gong for West Sussex.
🥁 The 38" Tibetan Gong we’re fundraising for – the heartbeat of the Waves of Calm project.
The Gong will be used for free and low-cost sound sessions in schools, community hubs, men’s wellbeing circles, and family relaxation events - bringing calm, balance, and emotional space to hundreds of people.
Sound relaxation offers something we all need - real "ME TIME".
No pressure, no expectations - just space to rest, breathe, and reconnect.
💰 How Your Support Will Be Used
Every ticket helps make this project possible — not just by funding the Gong, but by keeping community sessions accessible to those who need them most.
• £2,800 – The 38″ Paiste Community Gong (the heart of the project)
• £450 – Professional Gong stand and protective travel case
• £750 – Venue hire, travel and facilitation for community “ME TIME” sessions
• £250 – Crowdfunder fees and payment processing
➡️ Total = £4,250
(This also covers the time and preparation needed to deliver sessions sustainably.)
Any remaining balance goes directly toward free and low-cost “ME TIME” Sound Relaxation sessions for families, men’s groups and individuals who wouldn’t otherwise have access.
