Aim

We are a veteran owned and operated start up, hoping to sell alcoholic lemonade out of a renovated ice cream bike

We are hoping to raise funds to buy and renovate the bike we intend to sell from. Our hope is to launch the first summer after leaving the forces, which will be summer 2027, the intention is to complete the renovation ourselves to keep our initial costs low. The entirety of this project will be self funded and crowd funded as the initial investment required  is too low to get a business loan. 

The bike

We’re designing the bike to be a more edgy alternative to the private vendors that are around today, we’re going to opt to can our lemonade, both reducing risk of our clients being targeted for spiking with it being a closed lid and reducing running cost as we can prepackage ahead of time. We also hope the packaging being trendy will lead to our customers marketing for us via social media. 

For private events we hope to offer customised lemonade options and personalise our package to fit each individual client. For public events eg. highland games, fares and farmers markets we will offer a set menu that will rotate as more flavours are released.  

About the owner

Having served 5 years as a chef, I possess the required skills to understand the stock control and catering, as well as experience and qualification for us to safely operate from a food hygiene perspective.
