Every single person has a talent to do something that makes them happy - I am here to connect the dots to make it happen!
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) Depression & Postnatal Depression (PND) and Anxiety. This is the me I am learning to live with. A cure isn't always there, but, ways of coping are. If this sounds like you, let me help you.
I suffer with my mental health, and have had my own journey and life lessons or battles which I still endure as we all do. I have come from a big family of 8 siblings whom I love them all so much! I have a fiancé and three children. I'm not badly done too by any means. But by growing up in a family where we all stood by each other and shared our stuff, had pass me downs, second hand stuff. Sometimes going out of your way just too get some attention, it was our way of life and I wouldn't have changed my upbringing for the world... It's what made me who I am today.
I left school and joined the British Armed Forces, travelled Europe, worked abroad as a children's rep/nanny, got a degree, been declared homeless, been on benefits, depressed leading to suicidal, I was nearly sectioned due to completely forgetting who I was, felt lost, I am dyslexic, I am creative, I love making people laugh, I want the best for other people and would give you my last penny. I have been controlled and manipulated. I have suffered emotional and mental abuse. Each of these chapters in my life have made me - ME. And the very reason I have set Walk Talk Action up. I want to be that person I wish was around for me to guide you and support you to seek your own direction and desire in your life. I want to be that person I wish was around for me to guide you and support you to seek your own direction and desire in your life. Because this is my true passion and what I was born to do. And I believe that every single person on this planet was born with a talent to do something that makes you happy.
You might be reading this and thinking, I am completely crazy... I mean I have left work in the Ambulance Service to give my full commitment to run this project in order to help bring the opportunities that are available, yet not easily accessible, to each and everyone that is ready to take the first step.

"I have had a chat with #### and you are doing a brilliant job. I have a couple of other young people to introduce to you who would benefit of some one to one. I think that there is something really positive coming from this already."
(D.Elliott. Dec 2019)
