Take part in the Suffolk section of Walk92 to raise funds for the Ipswich Town Foundation.
About us
The Ipswich Town Foundation is the charitable arm of Ipswich Town Football Club. Since relaunching in 2019, the Foundation has been providing impactful and inclusive activities to improve the health, skills, opportunities, and lives of all generations in communities across Suffolk and its borders.
We deliver an innovative and inclusive range of programmes, activities and initiatives to address the needs of the community, reaching over 10,000 young people and vulnerable adults across 34 diverse programmes delivered on a weekly basis.
All funds raised will support the Foundation to continue its vision to build an inspired, empowered and inclusive community to be proud of.
The event
We are taking part in Walk92 as we believe anyone can get involved and support the Ipswich Town Foundation to continue delivering its range of programmes to those most in Ipswich and Suffolk.
Whether you want to walk round one stadium a number of times or walk between multiple grounds, it is so easy to enter.
By entering, solo or as a group, with friends, family, or colleagues, you will be raising funds to help the Ipswich Town Foundation and shining a light on the immense power of football.
The Suffolk stage of the walk is starting on Thursday 9 October, Xavier will be joined by ITFC supporters Clive Hammond, Richard Gascoigne and David Taylor. The Walk92 team will walk from Dickleburgh (departing approx. 7:00 hrs) down through the county, arriving at Portman Road (approx. 17:00 hrs) to mark Ipswich Town's part in the journey. (26 miles).
