Aim
The aim is to launch a wakeboard and waterski school on the south coast of Cornwall I aim to make these sports accessible to everyone!
I started this project a year and a half ago with a friend, who unfortunately had to leave for mental health reasons. We both wandered why no one else has done this before in the Falmouth harbour. There is such a big watersports community here! but no one offering towing sports. Wakeboarding and waterskiing are two of the most exhilarating watersports going and they are a joy to teach!
I have always loved teaching extreme sport, whether it has been showing friends how to surf, skate or cliff jump safely, or getting qualified as a snowboard instructor and helping people have fun in the mountains. I have always enjoyed sharing my knowledge and helping people progress, so becoming a BWSW (British Waterski and Wakeboard) Coach was a dream for me and setting up my own business doing what I love is too!
We have the boat, we have the container for our changing and welcome are, we have the licenses and insurance. The business is 98% of the way there.
The only thing we don't have is the money to complete the conversion of our facilities container. So I am here not to ask for money, but to ask for you to BOOK NOW! Through Crowdfunder and join us in Falmouth, Cornwall this summer.
Every £40 donated to us will get you a [£50 worth] 20 minute session voucher!
Every £50 donated will get you a [£60 worth] 30 minute beginner lesson voucher which includes a full land lesson and intro to the sport!
Every £200 donation will get you 2.5hours of our boat being all yours. You can explore the 3 local estuaries, do any of our offered sports and go and find a beautiful sheltered cove to swim in.
All with the skipper, fuel, wetsuits and equipment included.
Maximum capacity of 5 people per session, and 3 for waterski.
