The killer in the Kremlin's birthday is on October 7th. Every year since he launched his big war against Ukraine in 2022, on that date or near it, we hold the Vladimir Putin: Do Fuck Off! Festival in Kyiv. Old British and American war reporters and young Ukrainian soldiers and activists come together to crack jokes, chew the fat about the horrors and the laughter of Russia's war, and send a message to the rest of the world, that Ukraine is still standing.
This year we mourn the passing of Ukraine's great friend and champion, the war photographer Paul Conroy.
We will be drinking to Paul's memory and celebrating his life.
