Aim
To raise campaign donations to support my bid to be elected as a councillor in Peverell as truly independent candidate.
My name is Darren Denslow, I am a science teacher and I have entered into the local elections in Plymouth. So far my campaign has been funded by individual donations and my own resources, however these have almost been used and with the election on 6th May 2021, I will require further funding to support my campaign,
I have made a big splash so far, and I am confident I can win when my early canvassing found all people feel exactly the same as me, they are fed up, and I am determined to stand up and be counted and voice these concerns at a local level. Whilst diminishing the power of the two ruling parties who do not represent the common person.
Please help support me and my aims, so that I have the opportunity to represent the people of my community.
The purpose of this crowd funder is to raise funds for:
1. 5000 more campaign flyers - £300
2. Advertising space in local media organisations - £300
My campaign is based on the following promises:
1. I will oppose all lockdowns, restrictions, and want to support local businesses post lockdowns.
2. To protect street names, statues and Plymouths great heritage.
3. To ensure the correct redevelopment of Central Park, Barn Park and Pounds House as per the wishes of the people who use the park.
4. To focus support on homeless, addiction and mental health post pandemic.
5. To only represent the people of Peverell and Plymouth.
6. To tell the truth.
