We would love one visualizer in each of our 16 classrooms so the children, who will be taught in bubbles, can communicate.
During lockdown we invited year groups back in to school. Year 6 children really wanted a webcam so they could talk to their friends in the other Year 6 bubble.
We discussed what a fabulous idea this was, though did not have the funds to make this a reality for them.
So we would love to make it happen for September. If each classroom had a visualizer they could
1. Share work and ideas within the classroom - this will help teachers model the expectations and show children excellent examples of work in order to help them 'catch up'
2. Children can talk to each other across the school - teachers can read stories to different classes, older children could read to younger children. We can work cross collaboratively.
3. Children can share work via zoom with the webcam facility and deliver assemblies to other classes. I am excited to learn all about their class pioneer projects at the beginning of the year.
4. With a webcam facility we could also deliver lessons to children who may be at home shielding and it will make recording of lessons for a local lockdown much easier for staff.
