Digital Photobooth with a Vintage Twist

We are looking to build and produce a high quality photobooth with a twist. Being a true lover of the old vintage photobooths I adore the ideas of photography that it brings. Squeezing together into a booth, 4 photographs, 4 poses, 1 strip! In a world of digital and the ability to take, retake and decide on your favourites the real excitement of a vintage photobooth seems lost.

Giggling over miss-timed poses or smiling when you got it to perfection. I’m a wedding photographer and adore all aspects of weddings and the uniqueness of every wedding I attend. Whilst planning my own wedding I desperately wanted a vintage photobooth, however due to the old analogue technology and print it uses I found that there were none that could be packed up small enough to transport and get into my venue; but then when I looked into digital version of the vintage booths I found the costs seemed to nearly double for 3 hour hire.

This crowdfunder is to create a vintage inspired photobooth with a digital twist that can be flatpacked down for easier transportation and means that venues with narrower or smaller access can still be set-up in.

The booth will be created in a steal framework and boarding, with digital screen and printing facilities contained, but a pure 6x2 print being produced.

We are looking for a total of £2000 to produce and purchase all the elements to ensure a well built, complete and high quality product to be ready for hire by the start of summer 2016. The framework, inner and outerbody aesthetics, inner workings including the digital requirements for capture, share and print.

Funders will receive DOUBLE their donation off either hire of the booth for their event or money off any other photographic services from Family/Engagement or Wedding photography packages.

We are hoping to offer hire of this booth at a very competitive rate, with the options to personalise details of the booth for the event.

My packages include

£80 - 1 hour family portrait sessions - minimum of 15 edited photos, Lancashire regions covered - private online gallery

£140 - 2 hour family location portrait session minimum of 30 edited photos, Lancashire, Staffordshire regions covered - private online gallery + prints

Wedding packages start from £1250 all areas of UK & Abroad covered.
