Vintage and Retro Christmas Market

Aim

A brand new unique, exciting event, showcasing local Traders, Creatives and anyone who loves anything Vintage and Retro.

My name is Ann-marie and I run Magnus PR, a unique PR, Marketing, Events and Promotions business in Lowestoft, Suffolk.

A large part of what I do is creating memorable events. I have already created two successful events since starting my business a year ago. The first was the Peaky Blinders night in Oulton Broad and the second was the Gin & Soul cruise, both were hugely popular, so much so that i will be organising both of them again for next year.

The third event will be the Vintage and Retro Christmas Market which will be taking place on Sunday 1st December inside the beautiful Players Theatre in Lowestoft. As with any event, it all costs money, and I spend all of the money I make on marketing, decorations and props to ensure that it looks spectacular.

I am steadily growing my name in the area and I want to be known as one of the best Event planners on the East Coast. The events I create are different, I put my heart and soul into every single one of them, I want guests to be wowed and to want more.

With the Vintage Market, it will be a little different, as this time, it will be a free event for the public, the others were ticketed events.

What I have learned from the last two is that you can never do enough publicity and promoting of an event, however, there is only so much that I can do whilst my business is still small and new.

So I am seeking sponsorship to help fund the marketing of this unique event. The plan is to create 10,000 copies of programmes, which will be distributed through regional newspapers, coffee shops, restaurants, salons and other high footfall areas. I would also like to have 20 roadside banners, 100 posters in both A4 and A3, flag banners, and local advertising.

To cover the cost of all this, I need to raise £1000.

Inside the programmes, will be a Thank you page, so for anyone who is willing to donate anything towards this project, you will get a special mention in the programme.

I would love your help on this, any amount you can offer would really help. With anyone who knows me, they can tell you that I don't do things by halves, I put my all into everything I do. I want to create great memories and great times.
