We know a lot of wholesaler's also importer's and we have strong connection with them. We can phrchase Auto parts more inexpensively than other shops, buyers. Therefore, We can sell Auto parts more inexpensively than other shops, sellers.

Of course, A lot of used auto parts shops exist in the Philippines. Most shops exist in NCR and its circumference. However, Many shop owners, buyers don't have business permit, certificate. It is illegal transaction. They aren't purchase products properly and they want only sale and their profit. They don't consider customer services and guarantee after sale products. Unfortunately, It is fact and it is natural in the Philippines. Actually, There are no differenced so much compared with competitor's about the kind of products and the quality, but we can make marketing differ from competitor's.

1. Price of products ... This is simple our strength. We know a lot of wholesaler's also importer's and we have strong connection with them. We can phrchase more inexpensively than other shops, buyers. We can sell more inexpensively than other shops, sellers.
2. Customer service and care ... Advertisement by word of moth, SNS, website, brochure, etc. Important is that customer satisfaction for make repeater's. Communication with cuctomer's at shop, Conduct survey. Discount depends on situation, treatment to regular customer, provision of warranty period, news letter and email, etc. We can move our customer and make them happy by warm-hearted (meticulous) service, thereby obtaining loyal customers, by providing detailed information and support before and after purchase.
