Urgent surgery for Oswaldo Ochira

Dear Friends and Supporters,

I (Oswaldo, second from right in the image) am reaching out to you with a heartfelt plea for support. As many of you know Taekwondo has always been my passion and a significant part of my life. Unfortunately, I suffered a severe injury to my right knee that requires urgent Arthroscopic meniscectomy surgery. Without this operation, my dream of continuing into the sport is at risk.

Taekwondo has not only been a source of joy and fulfilment for me but also a platform through which I've been able to inspire others and foster a sense of community. This surgery is crucial for me to regain my strength, mobility, and ability to return to the sport I love.

I am humbly asking for your help to raise funds for my knee surgery. Your generous contributions will cover the medical expenses and rehabilitation needed to get me back on my feet, and back in the game. Every donation, no matter the size, brings me one step closer to recovery and the continuation of my sports journey..

The surgery quotation is for UGX 4,335,000 (GBP £942.39 @4600) which does not cover meds, transportation, or recovery costs except for physiotherapy. I am therefore seeking the round figure of GBP £1,000.
