Hi Guys, 👋🏽.
I'm Adam, founder of Uptown Flava. I started in 2020 as a way of diversifying my catering company to sustain market change and disrupt the contemporary way of doing things. Since then we have sustained, scaled, and built a profitable brand that has continued to expand.
Starting in a sports club kitchen we quickly opened in another local club, opened a dark kitchen for deliveries, a street food pop-up stall, and now our first restaurant is opening this summer.
We have a great team with well-established roles, disciplines, and a real passion for driving the business forward. We plan over the next five years to open a new restaurant in our target areas every 9 months. The menu is based on my mixed Caribbean heritage with modern American styling and flavor profiles. This brand is different! and still provides what everyone wants and is where everyone wants to be when eating out.
We are now speaking about further investment to help scale the business at a stable pace. I have invested £75,000 of my own money between the first 2 restaurants and would like to invite you along the way. So far the money has been used to secure leases, solicitors, new equipment, and the new ordering platform. As the business continues to grow we intend to repeat this process.
