Hi I’m Roger, I own Sirius Menswear a clothing brand that I created with the purpose of uplifting and encouraging men. I want men of all sizes and backgrounds to feel confident in our clothing.
Sirius Menswear is a body confident brand that promotes confidence for all that wear our products.

Sirius has been a long awaited dream of mine and has been carefully thought through from the very start. I have always suffered from body confidence and always felt that there wasn’t enough brands that promoted average body promotions for their clothing. I wanted to create a brand that did just that, all body types to be out and proud.

I know this will sound silly but I look at the night sky every night and the brightest star I could see and make a wish, I have done this ever since I was a little child and now my dreams are coming true with Sirius Menswear.  I put a lot of thought in the name of the brand and came up with a lot if different ideas but nothing that was meaningful to me, finally I came up with Sirius, The name Sirius stands for the brightest star in Earths night sky and all men should be able to feel like and look the brightest. The name also means “Glowing” in Greek to which I believe that all men should feel glowing in all that they wear. I Sirius is everything the band and me stands for.

I have put in so much love, thought and detail has gone into each design to develop the best fit. The first range of products was launched in April which we sold out of within a couple of weeks with the second range shortly launched at the beginning of May.

Sirius is built on some core fundamentals 

• All products are ethically sourced 
• Products to be the highest quality and at affordable prices 
• Buy 1 get 1 free offer on all products
• All products have been developed to fit men of all sizes to ensure maximum comfort  
• Only recyclable plastic used for the postage bag with the aim of zero plastic by 2022
• No single use packaging for any of the products 
• Giving back to and supporting mental health charities
• Create a community where men c
• Product lines that men want. 

The first products I launched were 3 underwear lines each with 5 core colours along with 4 varieties of swimwear lines. The underwear range, made from the softest cotton and waist band that provides ultimate support and soft to the touch. The swimwear lines are made form the highest quality material also ethically sourced from a number of suppliers. 

I believe in giving back to the community, with that Sirius Menswear will be supporting Men's mental health charities with donations being made not only from purchases of goods but also from regular campaigns and specialist products supporting the charities.

I spent nearly a year searching for ethical suppliers ensuring the products will be produced in a responsible and sustainable way, that the workers involved in making them are safe and treated fairly and that environmental and social impacts are considered.

 So why do I need funding? Since the launch of Sirius in April we have had an outstanding response with a huge demand for new lines and products. We sold out in the first 2 weeks and we have not had a chance to get any professional photos completed to show of the products to their full potential. Due to the demand we are also at capacity for storing and fulfilling the products and we need to move to a bigger space.

 The funding I am asking for will be used for four main purpose 

• To put the new lines into production and get them to the Sirius community. These lines have already been designed and with the manufactures ready for the green light.
• Professional photographs taking of all existing and new lines. 
• Help with the cost of moving to bigger facility to store and fulfil the current range and the new range of products.
• Help with a part time mental health ambassador to work with Sirius and our community on campaigns and awareness. 

The new lines will bring a extensive offering of underwear options for the Sirius Community to choose from with a range of new designs and colour options.
 I believe so much in Sirius Menswear and I have put my heart and soul in creating a brand and products that is more than just a menswear brand selling products and would be so grateful for you to come on board and help the brand grow.
