We are not your regular football club as our ethos is based on community engagement and uniting the local diverse and marginalised groups

We have over 200 members from age 5 all the way through to adults. Our service includes sports, education, apprenticeships, employment all under the umbrella of a football club with a difference.
We have been running for 3 years and finished runner up in the 2016 Daily Mirror Pride of Sports Award for our community work and I won Hackney Mayor Civic Award for 2017.
We want to host the United Against Knife Crime Match which will feature the top UK Grime and Rap Acts against Hackney Wick first team to highlight the issue of knife crime. The marginalised feel that the grime artist represent their voice and sometimes this can be seen as a negative becuase of the lyrics used. However, we want to allow the artist to come out and denounce knife and gun crime by putting on a united front against this epedemic thats destroying our communities.
This will be followed by the 32 Borough Cup. A tournament featuring all the London boroughs, encouraging youths from variuos booughs (postcodes) to gather at a nominated borough where there will be engaged in communal and social challenges, followed by a football tournament. If succesful, every year a new borough host the event
In the very short of space since our existence, we are now a semi professional football club playing in the 9th division of British football and have 17 teams altogether.
If we can achieve this in less than 3 years, what more can be achieved with added funding
