UNEMPLOYABLE LOLA - a short film comedy

Aim

We need funding to complete our short film, UNEMPLOYABLE LOLA, and to submit the film into film festivals. Help us reach our target.

I need some support to raise funds for my project:

Unemployable Lola  story by Melli Bond and Matt Rippy, written by Melli Bond

 When a women is fired for talking to dogs the only person she can turn to for help is...her dog.

Inspired by my own dog, and the changing world around me I decided I had something to say about people working at home as the norm, post covid isolationism as the norm, and humans' increased lack of empathy for one another.  I turn to Arlo and asked what he thought about our world.. He had an idea...let's make a short film comedy. Yes that's what he said. 

My short film is a beautiful homage to everyone who loves their beloved pets and believes in the connection of human and animals. I am fundraising to take this wonderful project into film festivals around the world.  

I've been lucky to have a wonderful team contribute their time and energy to this project and I'm asking for support to help us all get to this next important stage in the film's life. I have produced and funded this film entirely independently - until now.
