Umm-Ul-Qura foundation runs one of the best Islamic Centres in Bradford. The centre is situated in one of the most deprived areas of the city. We have been offering help and support to the local community since 2020.
A large African and Asian community attends the centre for their daily prayers and we do our best to help them in other spheres of life too.
We offer help, advice and educational opportunities to the new and established immigrant communities in the area. We have an English language course, benefits and debt advice and a Madressah for younger children.
We are aiming to start a computer literacy course as well as driving skills courses to help people gain better employment and instigate social mobility. Due to the shortages of local government funding we have to finance these services with the generous help of our congregation and patrons.
We would like to invite you to chip in and help deprived communities gain life skills that will uplift them economically and fight poverty.
We look forward to receiving your generous help in this deserving cause
