UK Staycation - Covid Recovery - Hot Tub Holiday

Aim
We wish to speedily recover from the effects of Covid on our business, and regain some working capital in the bank.
Our guests' safety has been our top priority this year and we have made some major changes to the way we operate in order to achieve confidence from our visitors. We have instigated many new operating procedures including reduced occupancy, started any day staggered check in and have offered full refunds to anyone that has been unable to stay with us. We appreciate all of the positive feedback and glowing reviews that we've received this year, and feel confident enough to offer our holiday accommodation for 2021 in a Covid secure fashion. We now wish to recover our working capital in order that we may grow our site and improve our facilities for 2021.
Our main customer base comes from family groups into our Yurt Village, whilst our Shepherd's Hut hasn't always been our busiest offer, catering for only 2 guests. We would like to purchase a Hot tub for this unit in order to boost occupancy rates by turning up the romance levels, whilst there is an increased interest in UK holidays. We feel that this will have a dramatic affect on bookings and help our business to recover in the quickest way possible.
We would usually only open the booking diary on our own website for March 2021 during December 2020, however this year we will offer early bird bookings via Crowdfunder only. We will advertise this on our own website and social media pages which will create future bookings for us earlier than usual. The benefits of this to our guests is that they are able to choose the most popular dates early before general release.
We have already had lots of enquiries from families that haven't been able to stay with us this year, asking when we will release our dates for booking. The match funding that is currently on offer will be utilised to strengthen & grow our business, retain employees over the quiet winter season and promote future business for next year.
