Aim

We will provide a place owners can surrender their pets locally for rehabilitation, and aim to improve understanding of rarer pet species

My name is Charley, and I have had a lifelong love of all animals. As an adult, I have discovered a real passion for reptiles and exotic domesticated animals, but have found there is a massive misunderstanding of their care and nature. With Ty Ddraig Rescue, I hope to change this! 

I aim to provide a caring, warm environment for any rescues of this kind with the hope of rehoming them to fully vetted families where possible. Those who cannot go to a new home will be brought with me to 'show and tell' educational events via pop-ups or private for hire events. This will give the public more opportunities to interact with lesser-known species and, see a different side to them than is depicted in the media.

We will also provide the sale of exotic pet equipment, ensuring existing and new owners have all the right products to care for their pets properly.

Any money raised will contribute towards equipment for the rescued animals, any necessary veterinary fees, and ongoing care of the rescued animals for at least their quarantine period. It will also be used to purchase the equipment required to transport rescued animals safely and securely on the road to events in order to promote education and understanding.

This is a cause I am deeply passionate about, and I will not be using any donated funds for my own gain. All profits will go directly back into the business.
