Aim
Two Sisters Arts Centre - a unique venue on the Felixstowe peninsular for all forms of visual and performing arts - a hub for the community.
Two Sisters is the culmination of three years hard work converting a redundant church building back to a vibrant community space. The hope is that it will become the heart of performance and visual arts on the Felixstowe peninsular - bringing quality touring drama and music acts to the area plus giving a platform for talent within the community.
We aim to have regular jazz nights, folk evenings, drama productions, community events, film nights and art exhibitions as well as providing rehearsal space for a reasonable sum.
The money raised here will help pay for overheads and go towards improvements to the venue as well as subsidizing ticket prices and costs for performers.
Our aim is to be self sufficient in three years - but while audiences and users build, funding is needed to support the cost of running the building - and purchasing equipment and continuing refurbishment.
This project successfully funded on 27th April 2020
