Aim

We’re bringing our club together for a fun fundraising challenge to support the future of our teams and facilities.

We are the Youth Committee of Tullylish, a dedicated group of volunteers who support the club by raising funds specifically for our youth teams and activities. Our role is to help ensure young players have the best possible experience at the club, from access to equipment and facilities to opportunities that allow them to develop both on and off the pitch.

All funds raised through this campaign will go directly back into supporting youth involvement at Tullylish and helping the club continue to grow in a positive, inclusive way.

Why are we crowdfunding?

We are crowdfunding to raise funds to support the continued development of youth sport at Tullylish. The funds raised will help us provide essential equipment, maintain facilities, and ensure that our young players can take part in sport in a safe, positive, and inclusive environment.

As a volunteer-led youth committee, fundraising plays a vital role in allowing us to keep costs affordable for families while continuing to invest in the future of the club. Every donation, no matter the size, will directly support youth participation and help create lasting opportunities for the next generation.

If you're applying for extra funding, this is a good place to demonstrate why your project is eligible so refer back to the criteria to help complete this section

This project meets the criteria for additional funding as it is a community-led, volunteer-run initiative focused on youth participation in sport. The Tullylish Youth Committee exists solely to support young people by raising funds that improve access to safe, inclusive, and positive sporting opportunities.

The project promotes:

  • Physical health and wellbeing through organised activity

  • Youth engagement and development in a structured club environment

  • Community participation, bringing together players, families, and volunteers

  • Long-term sustainability, ensuring the club can continue to offer affordable opportunities for young people

All funds raised will be reinvested directly into youth sport at a local level, delivering clear and measurable benefits to young people and the wider community. As a not-for-profit, volunteer-led group, this fundraising initiative relies on community support to continue making a positive impact.

How we’ll spend the money raised

All funds raised through this campaign will be used to directly support youth teams at Tullylish. The money will be invested in areas that have a lasting and positive impact on young players, including:

  • New and replacement equipment to ensure safe and effective training

  • Pitch and facility costs, helping us maintain a safe playing environment

  • Coaching and development resources to support skill development and enjoyment

  • Match and training expenses, helping keep participation affordable for families

Every pound raised will be managed by the Tullylish Youth Committee and reinvested back into youth sport, ensuring the maximum benefit for our players and the wider club community.

Community impact

This project will have a positive and lasting impact on the local Tullylish community by supporting young people to take part in sport in a safe, inclusive, and welcoming environment. By investing in youth teams, we help promote physical health, mental wellbeing, teamwork, and confidence among young players.

The fundraiser will also bring together families, volunteers, and supporters, strengthening community connections and encouraging active involvement in the club. Keeping youth sport accessible and affordable helps ensure that children and young people from all backgrounds can continue to participate, regardless of financial circumstances.

Ultimately, the funds raised will support not just individual players, but the long-term sustainability of the club as a valued community asset.
