Aim: We're raising money for Child First, a charity that aims to provide education to children affected by the Civil War in Sri Lanka.
Greetings, fellow adventurers and philanthropists!
In September 2023, we're embarking on a journey unlike any other - the famed Adventurists' Rickshaw Run. This is no ordinary road trip, but a thrilling 3,500 km ride from the northern reaches of Sikkim to the southern tip at Kochi, piloting nothing but a 7 horsepower glorified lawnmower, aka, an auto rickshaw.
Why are we doing this, you ask? The thrill of the open road, the uncertainty of what lies ahead, and the allure of India's cultural tapestry are compelling reasons, but there's an even more important one - we're doing this for charity!
Our aim is to raise funds for Child First (UK), a noble cause dedicated to providing education to children affected by the Civil War in Sri Lanka. We believe in their mission and want to help them extend their reach and amplify their efforts.
