Raising money for 29 Truro College rugby players to travel to Japan in April 2024
Truro College Rugby have been invited to take part in the Sanix World Championships in April 2024, held in the Global Arena, Fukuoka. This is one of the most prestigious under 18 tournaments in the world with the champions of countries such as New Zealand , South Africa, Fiji, Australia and Japan taking part.
This tournament is played at the purpose built Global Arena in Fukuoka and will be the opportunity of a life time for this group of players from Cornwall.
To get to Japan, each player will need to raise £2000 which is a lot, but will pay for everything they need; flights, food and accommodation as well as playing and training kit.
This is a fantastic opportunity for these young talented rugby players. They will meet, live with and play against U18 rugby talent from all over the world. We would love support from friends, family and the rugby loving crowd to help the boys get to Japan.
