Bring Treverno Meadows to life. To create a space to support SEND and SEMH young people thrive; fund site, resources and bespoke programmes.
Meadow Pathways is run by Zoe and Michelle — two people who truly care about young lives.
Zoe is a qualified teacher with 11 years’ experience supporting young people with SEND and SEMH. She loves the outdoors and knows that nature helps young people focus, lowers anxiety, supports sensory development, and gives them memorable, practical ways to build confidence and life skills.
Michelle brings over 20 years’ experience working with young people, is a qualified counsellor and play therapist, and is our Designated Safeguarding Lead. Her priority is everyone’s wellbeing. Michelle is warm, highly empathetic, and committed to creating safe, trusting relationships that let young people take small risks, learn, and grow.
Together, Zoe and Michelle blend practical teaching, therapeutic insight, and steady, compassionate support so every young person feels seen, valued, and able to make progress.
Imagine a place where silence becomes conversation, challenges become purpose, and small steps lead to lasting change.
Treverno Meadows is currently going through the planning process and we are hopeful that it will be a welcoming, sensory aware space for up to 20 young people, where wellbeing sits at the centre of everything. Here, young people learn by doing whether that’s growing food, crafting, creating, or exploring all while receiving the therapeutic and family support they need.
We want Treverno Meadows to be a living example of what inclusive, compassionate, adaptive education can achieve: stronger confidence, deeper connections, practical skills, and clearer pathways to training or work.
Many young people with SEND and SEMH needs feel like they’re always trying to fit into spaces that weren’t made for them. At Treverno Meadows, we’re building something different, a place that truly adapts with them.
This is a whole-person approach. We create environments that listen, respond, and grow with each young person. It’s all about building trust, confidence, and connection — together.
Treverno Meadows is a community where young people, families, and professionals work side by side to shape brighter futures. With your support, we can keep creating spaces where every child feels seen, valued, and ready to thrive.
Treverno Meadows isn’t just about people — it’s about place. As part of our development, we’re committed to Biodiversity Net Gain: enhancing the land so it supports more wildlife, not less.
We’re planting native species, restoring hedgerows, and creating habitats that welcome pollinators, birds, and small mammals. The land will be a living classroom where young people learn to care for the world around them, and where nature is part of the healing.

Three years ago, the unused parcel of land was purchased with a vision: to create a place where young people could thrive.

Now, that vision is becoming real. Our site plan shows how every corner of Treverno Meadows will be used to support wellbeing from sensory gardens and growing spaces to therapeutic pods and a broad curriculum.

Our Designer: Tobi Yeoman
Every vision needs someone who can bring it to life and for Treverno Meadows, that person is Tobi Yeoman.
From the very beginning, Tobi understood what we were trying to create: not just buildings, but environments that nurture, calm, and connect. He listened deeply, asked thoughtful questions, and translated our ethos into architectural designs that feel grounded, gentle, and full of possibility.
Tobi’s visualisations of Treverno Meadows reflect more than structure — they reflect care. His designs honour the land, support sensory needs, and make space for growth, creativity, and healing. He’s been an integral part of this journey, and we’re proud to have him walking alongside us.

We’re building Treverno Meadows step by step with care, clarity, and a deep commitment to what young people and families in Cornwall truly need.
This isn’t a one-off build. It’s a phased journey that starts with a strong foundation and grows into a vibrant, inclusive centre for therapeutic learning, connection, and community.
We begin with planning approval and essential site works.
This includes modular teaching and therapy spaces, outdoor learning zones (orchard, hedging, forest school, meadow), and secure access to the 2-acre site. It’s our proof of concept a safe, sensory-aware space where young people can begin to thrive.
We create a permanent base for therapeutic learning.
A timber-frame building will house classrooms, welfare spaces, a living skills room, reception, office, and meeting room all designed to integrate with the outdoor environment and support wellbeing from the ground up.
We grow our capacity and flexibility.
This phase adds more indoor space for vocational learning, independent living skills, and creative workshops helping young people build confidence and practical pathways forward.
We keep the door open to what’s next.
This final phase will be shaped by the evolving needs of young people and families in Cornwall whether that’s more therapeutic space, sports hall, or something we haven’t imagined yet. It’s about listening, adapting, and growing together.
Treverno Meadows isn’t just a dream anymore it’s really taking shape.
We’ve submitted full planning permission, and by early December, we’ll know if we can start building the space we’ve been imagining for years. It’s exciting, nerve-wracking, and very, very real.
So far, everything; the land, the designs, the planning documents, the groundwork has been funded by just the two of us: Zoe and Michelle. No big investors. No grants. Just a whole lot of belief, determination, and lots of snacks.
Now we’re asking for your help to take the next step.
Your donation isn’t just money it gives the project real momentum. It’s a way of saying, “Yes, this matters.” It helps us build a place where young people feel safe, supported, and proud of who they are. A place where nature is part of the healing, and wellbeing isn’t an afterthought it’s the foundation.
If you’ve ever wished there were more spaces built with heart, care, and real understanding this is your chance to help create one.
