To offer a safe, warm and creative space for children and young people from struggling families to engage in music sessions, free of charge.
We are a not-for-profit social enterprise in Wrexham, North Wales.
Our mission is to transform disadvantaged young lives through music, helping children and young people build confidence, skills, and prospects.
We provide music sessions for children and young people referred to us by organisations and families, and music tuition, courses, activities, and studio facilities for young people who cannot access them at school.
We accept referrals from local agencies, charities, community projects, schools, and families.

We see ourselves as part of the wider effort being made across Wrexham County and North East Wales to stimulate youthful ambitions and creativity, strengthen communities, develop a vibrant cultural economy and make music based opportunities more accessible.
We are working closely with families, community partners and schools to ensure that low income families, children and young people with additional learning needs, mental health challenges, young carers and ethnic minority groups are afforded the same musical opportunities as their peers.
Offering this service free of charge will bring the community together, help people to make friends and feel like they have a safe and warm space to visit when they need it most. It will alleviate financial pressures surrounding energy bills and create opportunities for children to engage in music that may not have been affordable otherwise.

The cost of living crisis has made it extremely difficult for families to pay their bills, let alone fund extra curricular activities. The funding from our music lessons contributes towards our core service of working with disadvantaged young people, and these lessons have started to decrease. Our energy bills are rising rapidly and we have had to reduce our opening hours to save on our overheads.
Donations towards this project will enable us to deliver our services free of charge, freeing up the resources to allow us to increase our opening hours. Not only will it support us an organisation, but it will help us to open up our warm building to the community - to come together when times are tough and to rely on us to help their children access the respite and musical opportunities that they need to support their wellbeing.

Money raised will be used to support members of the community that are struggling the most and require our services. Free music lessons or referrals will be made accessible for low income families, including young people faced with mental health challenges and additional learning needs. Families will be welcomed into our warm space, to come together, chat over a cup of tea and become united by music.
