Aim
TransActual UK are keen to expand our campaign and we need a working website. Your donations will cover our web costs for 2 years.
Our website will provide a directory of resources and research to further our aim of sharing factual information about trans rights and trans lives. It will help us further platform and boost a wide range of trans people’s voices.
The website will include:
+ Regular blogs from a wide range of trans people
+ A library of TransActual UK graphics
+ Links to research papers relating to trans healthcare and wellbeing
+ Links to articles and videos that highlight trans people’s lived experiences
+ A section which shares facts and dispels common myths
+ Information on transphobia and its impact
+ Information for UK based trans people on your rights and the law
+ Signposting to other organisations
Your donations will cover 2 years of SquareSpace subscriptions (more if we manage to find a special offer or discount) and 2 years of web domain costs (unfortunately we have to pay for 10 web domains in order to prevent people with malicious intent creating a fake TransActual UK website)
