Aim
Trans in the City needs your help to continue its vital work supporting trans and non-binary people in business.
Trans in the City is the world’s largest organisation for trans and non-binary people in business. Established in 2017, we became a not-for-profit company in 2022; we are led by trans and non-binary people and collaborate with over 300 global corporate partners to raise awareness, share contacts and best practice, provide role models and speakers and access to consultancy and training.
In Pride Month 2024, we launched our new Student Ambassador and Mentoring schemes, which are designed to dismantle the barriers frequently encountered by trans, non-binary, and gender-diverse young people, currently pursuing further education or entering the workplace.
