Raising more money will enable us to offer additional places to more trainees.
We are raising funds to support new trainees to enable them go on to set up and run new community growing projects.
Cae Tan is a Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) project based on Gower in South Wales. We grow organically and supply weekly, fresh seasonal veg boxes to around 130 local household members. We are a not-for-profit social enterprise committed to growing sustainably, working with volunteers, schools, deprived communities and asylum seekers and providing quality training opportunities.

We are passionate about food sustainability and looking after our environment. We want to invest in new trainees to provide them with the skills and experience to be able to set up new community growing projects.
Trainee Quote
"Spending the summer at Cae Tan CSA, doing a traineeship in sustainable organic growing, was a very rich experience, educationally and socially. Apart from the obvious health benefits from fresh organic vegetables, the CSA model I believe has a positive social, psychological effect through social inclusion and community events.
