Tony Bowden's Devil Mud Run .... God Help Me!!!

Aim

Most of you know that the only time I run is to get to the front of the queue in the kebab shop! Now I'm running for Increase The Peace

About me: 

I am a fat unfit owner of a local business based in Gloucester. I don't do healthy food, I don't do running and I certainly don't do gyms! The Devil's Mud Run is my idea of 'hell' but for some crazy reason I said I'd do it and I am ..... whether I survive it nobody knows but I'm gonna give it a go!!!

About Increase The Peace:

A local charity to work to help young people in Gloucestershire. Offering support, positive activities, advice and education they truly are an amazing organisation. Financially times have been hard but they plan to come back 'bigger, better and harder' in 2018 to make sure our young people and communities benefit from their hard and often thankless work.

Please give generously .... and I promise to put photo's up of me suffering as I race in the mud over 9km's of pure hell.

Well got to go now .... lycra and sneakers on & better start training .....
