Cosy Fairisle Sweater - from Tom Daley’s new book Made With Love
We're delighted to give you the chance to own this cosy Fairisle Sweater, created and worn exclusively for Tom's new book.
This cosy Fairisle sweater is a play on the traditional knits named after the colourwork technique originating from the Shetland Islands, the northernmost part of Scotland. Tom's Made with Love sweater features bright neons on a black background using the stranding technique.
Tom's Dad lost his fight against a brain tumour in 2011 and since then, Tom has been trying to raise as much money as possible for The Brain Tumour Charity to help us move further, faster towards a cure.
Everyone who enters the prize draw will be supporting Tom's drive to raise awareness and funds for vital research into brain tumours.

The Brain Tumour Charity
The Brain Tumour Charity is the world’s leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally.
At least 88,000 children and adults are currently estimated to be living with a brain tumour in the UK. And the impact can be devastating. Just 12% of adults survive for five years after diagnosis and brain tumours reduce life expectancy by an average of 27 years – the highest of any cancer.
Despite this, treatments haven’t changed in 40 years and research into brain tumours is still woefully underfunded. In fact, just 3% of the money spent each year on cancer research in the UK is spent on brain tumours.
We know progress isn’t happening fast enough. We need to do more, if we’re going to find a cure. And we need to do it now. That’s why we’re investing in more forward-thinking research, more specialist support services, and passionately lobbying for more urgent change.
The Fine Print
- Entrants must be over 18 years of age.
- Entries will be accepted between Wednesday 30th Nov 2022 and 5:00 pm GMT Wednesday 4th January 2023. Entrants may enter as many times as they like online.
- To enter, you can either make a monetary donation in exchange for entries in the prize draw via the Crowdfunder webpage. Alternatively, you can enter the prize draw free of charge by post.
- To enter the draw without pledging, please send a postcard or a letter with your name, address, email address and contact telephone number to: The Brain Tumour Charity, Fleet 27, Rye Close, Fleet, GU51 2UH
You can enter as many times as you would like. Entries to the prize draw will be calculated as follows;
£10 Donation = 1 entry
£20 Donation = 3 entries
£50 Donation = 10 entries
£100 Donation = 30 entries
- Following the closing date, the winners will be chosen at random and contacted after Wednesday 4th January 2023.
- The prize will be sent to the winner via post to the address provided when pledging. We will aim to send all prizes as soon as possible after the prize draw.
- The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
