The Brain Tumour Charity is excited to offer this amazing opportunity in partnership with Tom Daley, to win one of his incredible Made with Love knitted items. 

1. Who can enter?

Entrants must be over 18 years of age.

Open to anyone (over the age of 18) worldwide except employees of the Promoter (The Brain Tumour Charity), or anyone professionally connected with the draw.

2. Entering the draw

Entries will be accepted between Wednesday 30th November 2022 and 5:00 pm GMT Wednesday 4th January 2023.

Entrants may enter as many times as they like online. 

To enter, you can either make a monetary donation in exchange for entries in the prize draw via the Crowdfunder webpage. Alternatively, you can enter the prize draw free of charge by post.

Entrants can pledge to different prizes depending on their preference. 

3. Entering the draw for free

To enter the draw without pledging, please send a postcard or a letter with your name, address, email address and contact telephone number to:

Entries must be sent on a postcard or on or within an envelope. Entries received on anything other than a postcard or envelope will not be accepted. In the case of multiple entries received in a single envelope or postcard, only one entry will be entered into the promotion. Entries sent by post must be received by the closing date and time for receipt of entries. Postal entries without correct and sufficient postage paid will be invalid and will not be considered. Personal and hand deliveries will not be accepted.

4. Monetary Donations Fees 

Users can enter as many times as they would like. Entries to the prize draw will be calculated as follows;

£10 Donation = 1 entry 

£20 Donation = 3 entries

£50 Donation = 10 entries

£100 Donation = 30 entries

5. The Draw

Following the closing date, the winner will be chosen at random and contacted as soon as possible. They will be contacted by phone or email on how to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within 72 hours of being contacted, they forfeit their win and the next winner will be chosen at random and emailed within 1 week. The Promoter will make best endeavours to communicate with the winner, but they are not responsible for a failure of communication e.g. emails failing to reach their recipient for any reason.

All prizes will be sent to the winner via post to the address provided when pledging. We will aim to send all prizes as soon as possible after the prize draw. 

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. 

The Brain Tumour Charity reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so. In the event of cancellation on behalf of The Promoter, all prize-draw pledges will be refunded. 

By entering into this draw, each entrant consents to these terms and conditions.

6. Data protection and publicity

7. Governing law

All our prize draws and competitions will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.

The Brain Tumour Charity reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions from time to time and any updated version will be effective as soon as it is published on Crowdfunder.
