Aim
TKO Barking Amateur Boxing Club, is Barking & Dagenham's latest opportunity for children and young people
TKO Barking (Amateur Boxing Club) is in the process of becoming a Community Interest Company. We have been working with children and young people in the borough since 2017.
Recently, we have had to relocate to new premises at the wonderful Abbey Leisure Centre, but unfortunately have not been able to take with us our much needed equipment and kit from our old premises. We need to raise funds for the
- Rent at Abbey Leisure Centre (£800 per month)
- Equipment. We managed to retrieve our boxing ring, but we need to buy new punch bags, gloves for the kids and t-shirts and shorts
All our coaches are volunteers at the moment. All we need is money to help us get back off the canvass and on our feet....
Barking and Dagenham Community Fund has provided £2,500 of match funding
