Your support makes a difference
I aim to create a cosy game celebrating Scotland’s fishing villages, their culture, and the incredible communities that keep them alive.
My name is Silviu, and I’m a solo indie game developer based in Glasgow. I graduated from the University of the West of Scotland in 2024 with a First-Class degree in Computer Games Development, along with two Court Medals. In November 2023, I started my small studio, Ludus Pax Studios, and I’ve been creating heartfelt, cosy games ever since.
I’ve released three commercial games so far: Rise of the Village Hero, Path to Serenity, and Tiny Terra Spaces.
Each project has been a chance to explore themes that matter to me. Path to Serenity is a gentle walking experience about slowing down, wellbeing, and finding balance in life. It also supports Scottish Action for Mental Health, with a donation from every sale. Tiny Terra Spaces celebrates Scottish island history and the stories held within those landscapes.
My new project, Tiny Fishing Villages, is a cosy game inspired by Scotland’s coastal communities. Fishing villages are full of heritage, hard work, and resilience, yet they’re often overlooked. Fishing is one of the toughest and most dangerous jobs in the world, and I want this game to honour the people who do it. I also plan to donate part of the game’s proceeds to charities that support fishing communities.
As a solo developer, I’m raising funds to help bring this project to life. Your support will help me hire freelancers for art and audio, improve the game’s quality, and cover development costs.
With your help, I can create a warm, meaningful game that celebrates Scotland’s fishing heritage and gives back to the communities that inspired it.
