Time to get qualified!

Aim

I aim to take a course to become the first registered sexologist and sex and relationship life coach in the uk.

I have always been very open with discussing sex and relationships, I also have an ability to make people feel comfortable with discussing these very personal things with me. I have learnt through these conversations, research and educating myself that sex lives and relationships have become very toxic and negative through lack of communication. My aim is to bring back communication and educate people on healthy sex lives and relationships through discussing mental, physical, spiritual, cultural and social health around sex lives and relationships. I want to open up the conversation through interviews and podcasts to encourage the discussion between families, parents and children, partners and also peer groups. 

There is so much that is involved within sex and relationships these days and the crime rates, hate, abuse and negative stories are getting out of hand, our communities and society as a whole could benefit from these discussion and people gaining knowledge of how to discuss, cope with and address certain situations and more importantly prevent things from worsening. 

My biggest goals are to work with couples to help resolve situations and slow down the rates of break ups and divorces and also work with young people to ensure their overall health and wellbeing within sexual and relationship encounters and give them the correct information in an age and time appropriate way so that they do not have learn the hard way or have to encounter situations that may be prevented with the right information, solutions and coping mechanisms. 

This course will give me the abilities, recognition, insurance and frameworks to do coaching, training and workshops with couples, singles and young people.

 Eventually I would like to put my own training program to share this knowledge and create even more qualified and insured sexologists within the uk and around the world.
