We are a group of University Students making an educational kids show about a man who travels through time to learn how food was made.
LOGLINE - Join the main character Oliver Crumbwell, as he zips through history exploring the food, flavours and feasts one tasty period at a time, where he meets interesting people from across history to refill his recipe book whilst learning about the cooking practices of the time.
SYNOPSIS - Follow Oliver Crumbwell on his adventures through time, the audience is exposed to the same repeated structure each episode. They begin in ‘The Time Kitchen’, before using ‘The Time Module’ to travel to different historical periods to learn how food was made- all to restore his destroyed recipe book.

The featured episode involves the presenter exploring Tudor England in order to discover how to create an apple pie, all the while learning valuable lessons about seasonal eating, food scarcity, where ingredients come from, and how food changes over time.
Upon learning this they return to their kitchen where they are introduced to a modern version of the recipe which they set out to recreate, displaying all they learnt from their adventures, including how to cook more thoughtfully.
We are a group of TV Production and Post-Production students in our final year of University, hoping to create a TV show which both educated and entertains.

We are setting out to raise money to create a pilot episode for this educational kids show.
The money will be used for props, location, cast, costumes, and travel. These are all essential aspects of bringing this project to life. We've set our budget for Time To Dine at just over £1000, with this taking all of our funds into consideration.
Any amount means a lot, so we hope you are willing to help us in any way.
Any additional money once we've secured our budget will be donated to various charities who strive to help kids education.
