Tilly's Junior World Cup Fundraiser

Aim

I am raising money to help get the Welsh U21 team to the Junior World Cup

I'm Tilly Edwards and I am happy to be part of the Wales U21 Squad heading to Santiago, Chile for the Junior World Cup in December. I play hockey for the University of Exeter while also being a first year Geography student.

I started playing hockey when I was around 8 years old, this is when I joined Clifton Robinsons' hockey club where I would play hockey for the next 10 years of my life. When I was 17 I joined the Welsh programme and earnt my place in the U21 Squad. I first represented Wales during a friendly test series against Austria in 2024. Since then I have had the privilege of joining the Welsh Senior Squad which has been an amazing experience. My favourite moment so far representing Wales has to be when we won the U21 Euros in Rakovnik, this is what got us promoted to the European A division Euros in 2026 and also the Junior World Cup in December.

Going to the Junior World Cup is such an exciting opportunity for us that lets us play the highest standard of hockey possible so any support would be amazing !
