About the project

in our first season we had over 16 thousand listeners to our home game commentaries from Castleford Tigers home games, this year we will broadcast to around 35 thousand listeners in 28 different countries, next year we hope to expand this by doing away games as well, but in order to do this we will need to pay a license fee of £3000.

The amount of feedback we have had from our listeners is humbling and overwhelming at times, we have very quickly become the 'go to' choice of listening medium for many fans who can't go to games due to illness, holidays, location or simply can't afford to go to every game.

if we could get the £3000 our listening figures could go as high as 150,000, we would then become far more interesting as an advertising medium to Local businesses.

This project successfully funded on 3rd August 2015
