Students of Westminster is fundraising for Save the Children (UK) to raise funds for Syria-Turkey Earthquake Appeal

Hello everyone,

We are UOW students who are studying Entrepreneurial Practice. We are working with the charity, Save the Children, who are sending aid to support families affected by the Turkey and Syria earthquake in 2023.

Videos of children being pulled from the rubble of a building collapsing in Aleppo has been widely circulated on social media, causing upset and condemnation over the harrowing reality of Syria's natural disasters and historical wars.

We've felt the effect of the earthquakes in Aleppo, not only physically but also emotionally, hence we wanted to step up and make a difference.

All funds raised will be spent on supporting people to Turkey and Syria who need food, warmth and clothing.
