Aim
Our aim is to raise at least £5,000 for three very worthy charities that are close to our hearts.
As Covid-19 has led to the cancellation of multiple fundraising events, including a lot of charity luncheons that the Thirst Quenchers would have been involved in, we have decided to do our part to raise money for three charities close to our hearts;
- Wales Air Ambulance
- Parkinsons UK
- Breast Cancer Now
We hope to achieve our aim by challenging ourselves with the massive task of cycling from Holyhead to Cardiff (250 miles, which is the same distance as we would have travelled between this season's bars), over a period of four days!!
Our team consists of over 30 people (mostly amateur cyclists!) who are busy practising as we speak.
We would be extremely grateful of any support that you are able to offer and we will keep in touch via our social media pages to document our challenge.
