THINGS FOUND IN BOOKS

Aim: We would like your help to finish our beautiful new album, Things Found In Books, which will be clothed in gorgeous bespoke packaging.

Boo and I have written and recorded our new album Things Found In Books - songs conjured in response to a notice board in Culzean Castle’s second-hand bookshop in Ayrshire. 

Notes, photographs, old receipts, letters, postcards and fragments of people's lives had been collected from the old books and kept on the board.

Our collaboration formed an inimitable songwriting partnership, weaving these ephemeral stories with our own, creating an album full of nostalgia and beauty, hope and longing.

We're very proud of it and don't want it to just disappear into the digital ether. We'd love it to exist as something beautiful for you to listen to, to read and to hold. So we're asking for your help. 

Things Found In Books will be clothed in a beautiful hardback CD book complete with original artwork and 44 pages of lyrics, gorgeous photos and more.
