Aim
We’re hoping to raise at least £50k to move to our own space and refit the new restaurant accordingly with our exciting new plans.
What we do?
We’re an award winning independent restaurant cooking Asian influenced food with the best British ingredients
What comes next?
We plan to open our own space and first solo project continuing to serve the city of Brighton with a variety of food and drink offerings.
The Vision
We want to open a small and unique restaurant with just 12/14 seats. A warm, comfortable space that is all about the food and customer experience. A space where things are done a bit differently.
