The charity's objective is to advance the Christian faith and its religious, moral and philanthropic principles. We support the local church and community so that the lives of our beneficiaries are enriched and improved.

1The Parish Trust is a Charity based on Christian principles which aims to tackle poverty and loneliness in all its forms whilst providing services, courses, events, and clubs that promote community and enrich people's lives.
We started in 2020 at the start of the global COVID-19 pandemic with our CARE Project which offered food parcels, befriending services, pastoral care, and prescription pick ups. We were nationally recognised for this work and even received The First Minister of Wales in August 2020 who wanted to see the work we were doing.
Since then, we've set up a successful Apprenticeship Programme, started a social enterprise mobile coffee bar called Caffi Caredig, a thriving baby and toddler group, a community garden, a shuttle bus so people can access healthcare easily and so much more.
2022 looks to be an even better year for us as we launch a whole swathe of new initiatives and projects for our service area, sowing faith, sharing hope, and showing love as we go.
